These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of modernpropaganda.org and any purchase you make from us. This site is operated by Trap Hardest Embroidery, a sole proprietorship doing business as Modern Propaganda ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Bloomfield, New Jersey.
By browsing this site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Your personal information is handled separately under our Privacy Policy.
Our pieces are produced in limited runs. Once a size or item sells out, it will not be restocked unless we say otherwise.
We make every effort to display colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders them exactly. Slight variation in print placement, dye lot, and finish is normal on garments produced in small batches and is not considered a defect.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method presented.
We make every effort to keep pricing accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor the error.
Charges from this store appear on your bank or card statement as MODERNPROPAGANDA.ORG.
Submitting an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A sale is formed only when we accept your order and charge your payment method.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and a working email address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address you entered incorrectly.
All sales are final. Because our products are made in limited quantities, Modern Propaganda does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the circumstances described below.
If we made a mistake. If you receive the wrong item or the wrong size due to an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for your order number along with clear photographs of the item you received and, where relevant, the packaging it arrived in. Once we verify the error, you must return the incorrect item before a replacement is shipped. We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Lost packages. If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout and the carrier confirms your package as lost, we will send a replacement. Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement if they are lost, stolen, or delayed after being handed to the carrier.
Sizing and color. You are responsible for reviewing our size chart before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color.
Shipping timeframes vary by item and are listed on the product page.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at assistpropaganda@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
We may suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe has been used to abuse discount codes, resell in violation of purchase limits, or otherwise misuse the site.
Discount codes are issued at our discretion, may be limited in time or quantity, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Codes have no cash value.
Attempting to use a code you were not issued, stacking codes through technical means, or otherwise manipulating pricing may result in cancellation of the order and closure of the account.
All designs, graphics, artwork, logos, photography, and written content on this site are owned by Modern Propaganda and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Buying a garment gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not give you any right to reproduce, screen-print, embroider, resell as your own, or otherwise commercially exploit the artwork on it.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs or brand assets for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
We rely on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and shipping carriers for delivery. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
This site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Propaganda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or any product purchased from us.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Propaganda and its owner from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing anything, contact us. Most problems are resolved quickly by email at assistpropaganda@gmail.com, and we ask that you give us a chance to fix it first.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
